I recently ordered a pair of sandal from a website that led me to believe they were Birkenstock.
From the start I wasn't pleased They added additional fees to the order. When I emailed them to not ship until they explained the additional fees, they never responded.
I received the item from a China address, in a Birkenstock box.
They were not the size I ordered, and were absolutely not an original Birkenstock product.
They have never responded to my multiple emails to address this, or enable me to seek a refund.
A totally scam outfit, that should be shut down.
