This company advertised that they could give me a form for a name change for my license. They could not provide the kit because you had to go in person to the DPS. They still took my $22.95. When I requested my money refunded, because they guarantee 100% total satisfaction, they refunded my money and then continued to "charge" my account for the next 4 days with at least one entry of $22.95. I had to call or email them to remove the charges, and finally went to the company to cancel the credit card I used. I don't know if they stopped voluntarily or because I cancelled the card.
