I purchased a MK Fulton crossbody bag Abe my card was charged twice. After many emails that was handled but the bag took over 3 weeks. When it arrived it was totally wrong, it was not the one I ordered and the workmanship was crap. I asked to return it and Amy said they would give me 10% off for my trouble. I saw the legit bag in TJ MAXX for $99 I am furious
