After buying a new pc I tried to transfer Regservo to it but the activation key would not work so I went to support and got the online help. After giving me a few options that didn't work they asked if they could get one of their experts to remotely control the pc. After they got regservo working they said the pc was full of crap and needed cleaning immediately which I was a bit suspicious about as it was a new pc. After quoting $250.00 I told them I had already paid for this service for a year when I had trouble upgrading to windows 10. At the time they got windows 10 to download fully and charged me US $99.00 for a year after I knocked them down from $250. After I showed them the invoice they said that was for 6months so I told them to stick it where the sun don't shine and reset my pc because after that I didn't trust them. After the reset I tried to to activate regservo again but no cigar so I wasn't going through that crap again and after reading about these you beaut registry cleaners it seems a better option if your pc gets so bad that your registry needs a clean is to back it up and do a reset
