We entered into a resale transaction for our Timeshare in which this company was the escrow agent. We wired funds to the bank with the guarantee that all monies were refundable in the event the sale did not consummate. The seller paid his part and we still have heard no update for 3.5 months now. We paid closing fees plus 10% excise tax (prepaid for income tax purposes) and found out when we tried to get our refund from the escrow agent that he had dispersed all the money to Timeshare Resale Group without our authorization. This company is crooked and cheated us out of our money. Escrow is to be perfect and all conditions met before any funds maybe dispersed.
