Hi,
I wanted to complain about Plus Controllers as I’ve faced great difficulties. I’m located in Qatar, Middle East and I paid the amount through credit card on 27th Jan but despite repeated emails and few replies (promising quick delivery), I haven’t received my product yet.

It was a Play Station controller for my son and we have been pretty disappointed by this company. Please let us know, is it possible to retrieve our payment (paid by a Master Credit Card) or can we launch an official complaint at some official forum?
