While browsing Facebook, a security alert popped up warning that my computer has been seriously compromised and to call the phone number given, immediately. Called and was told had a Koobface worm that need to be removed by someone who could only handle this at the network level. " Only 35 people " basically have the expertise to take care of this. After 1 1/2 hrs. of doing all kinds of scans, that I was noticing was free software while watching on my computer, they called me back and said everything's great now. Installed 2 security programs that I could have gotten myself for free and removed my Norton 360 which had 291 days left on it. Basically, they took advantage and I fell for it.
