i have only just noticed that £15 a month has been taken out of my credit card account since january 2016 i have phoned this company up and told them that i have never signed up to them and wish for a full refund and to be cancelled straight away which they said they would do (i wont hold my breath) they told me that when i bought something from house of bath or one of there associated company's that there was a £15 discount and when i took that i was signed up to them i am going straight to my bank and having this company blocked from my account,it is probably the only way to stop them i shall also be getting in touch with house of bath to let them know i will never buy anything from them again if they allow company's like this to use there name
