I accepted a free trial offer from this company, and agreed to pay the shipping charges. When the skin care product arrived, I found it irritated my skin so called and told the company representative not to ship any more. She said "no problem".. At that time I thought the issue was closed ; however I am being charged two separate amounts on my card for 2 products from 2 different companies. When I called the number on the original email, the representative was less than helpful and just kept repeating that I was responsible for the charges. She became very aggressive and would not even listen but kept repeating that there was a clause saying that I should have cancelled the order. That information was never given me and I did not have to name of the rep I spoke with. If the number on the invoice is called all one gets is a recording that the lines are busy. I do not feel that this is a legitimate company, but out to take trusting people in with insufficient information as to billing.
