per bottle. Did some homework on it, then Ok I'll bite. Got the products w/in a few days. Looked legit so far. More homework checking on label info. Stumbled upon info and complaints I wish I'd seen first. Especially about refunds, cancellation issues, credit insanity. Checked credit card charges. ok, only charged shipping. Email to their customer service address came back as a daemon. Hmmm. So before any more time passed, I called their 1-800# with explicit instruction to cancel my order and I do NOT want to see future unauthorized charges applied to my account. The woman (Murphy) politely followed my directive...I stuck with my reasoning: If this works for me I will decide at that time whether to purchase more, but not until then. She tried to hang on to me by offering a trial extension, then 30% off, then 50% off... I said no. She said I would be charged a $23.99 cancellation fee. (You've got to be kidding!) She asked me for the CV number on the back of my card. My saving grace is that I did not have my wallet. She said she could not process the cancellation with out it. I countered with: When they would process the monthly shipments, they would automatically use the card info already given, so it IS accessible. She said then I need to send the product back to them. I said no, this was a free offer, only paying S/H. She said NO, this is a 14 day trial. We never give anything away free. (Well, which is it? 14-day trial or 30-days free trial, or risk-free trial?) She insisted I had to either pay for the product or return it. I said no. I then hung up. Shortly thereafter I received an email confirmation for each product had that they had been cancelled.
