I purchased a round trip ticket last March 7,2016 and booked last April 14,2016 up to May 10,2016. but I cancelled it last April 2016 first week before booking flight.The customer service told me the refund money will be return for almost 6 weeks.Now I decided again to book for another flight for Aug.8, 2016 up to Aug.23,2016 using the money supposed to be a refund and i will add whatever is the necessary additional.But for the whole day and midle of the night i keep on calling untill now they kept on evading and trying to connect me to the customer service,its always last for 2 hrs.waiting.I called it again,again and again .I talked already for almost 7 people the same company Flighthub.they just connect me and again waited for 1 hr, others a i waited 35 minutes. others I waited 1and 30 mins.They kept on evading and hiding and connected me to the different tel. connetion
