i have spoken with customer care/ supervisor my card had a balance of 7.00 on 7/11/16 i call to see why my card was being declined no text alert only one time with my bal of 7.00 but yet when speaking to someone in nexis card dept they can not asst me or wish to refund me back i ask for my account to be closed out and my refund of 5.00 put back on my card. which i have now 2.00 very unproffesional supv , yet scam ppl out of money and there is no one higher mangment to talk to yet they stated .
