I transfer $3000 every month to my sons in the UK.
on the 27th of June I deposited $3100 into my account number 30506177 and submitted an application form to transfer $3000
I deposited $100 over the transfer amount to break the value date and make the transfer before the end of the month as I have to make $10000 transfer in July for the rental charge of the accommodation in the UK.

We instructed Farhat at Ahmad Fakhry branch and Rash at Ahmad Fakhry Branch that I want to break the value date and do the transfer on the 27th of june.

I discovered that the money stayed in the account and was not taken out of the account until 4th July 2016

Before that date I was informed by Farhat that the transfer was made and we should receive the amount in UK on 6th July 2016

I was further surprised when I received the Swift that transfer was sent out only on the 10th July 2016 and the value date is 16th July 2016

This is not acceptable at all as my sons are left without any money as they sould have received the money early this month.

Also I have to transfer $10000 this month for the rental charge for 6 months where my limit for transfer is $10000 only.

I look forward that you are able to take action as soon as possible and find me away to transfer the $10000
as I have to transfer it during the next week.
