This problem should've been reported long ago. I had decided to buy a controller from them, but I have not received it within the time they had estimated. It is now about 3 plus months overdue. I have been contacting them through their sales email and have gotten the same response. " Our painters are backed up" "your controller is about to be finished by the end of this week." I had contacted them one more time to see if it was truly even going to happen. They gave a different response saying that they finished and will be coming at the end of this coming week. Yet it is using the same excuse and I am tired of this. I thought they were trust worthy since others have gotten their controllers without any problems, and now I just want to get a refund. I dont even want to get this controller due to all the problems that has happened.
