I received a call (that was for my son who is currently gone) from a company called Western and they said that they were in Georgia. they said that they were going to file paperwork with the court for insight capital for a payday loan that he took out in 2012 and never paid. they had his first college that he went to, really didnt identify his latest address.... in the early 2000 he did abuse credit cards and didnt any of the cards for a long time. so i thought maybe it was legit.. they said they would file paperwork for bank fraud and he would have to pay all court costs plus the debt. I got so nervous and scared that I paid the $400! Is there anything that I can do? I feel so stupid!
