Claimed irregular activity on accounts and prevented me from using them to accomplish work-related tasks, thus costing me money. I think they deliberately did this to try to force me to pay for the enhanced e-mail services. Even though I contacted them urgently about this, they gave no time-frame for resolution of my concerns.
