Paid $39.95 for Microsoft update and my computer immediately froze! I knew immediately it was a scam. The person in the phone said they couldn't help and still have not refunded my money. Last night my phone started alerting me of CC fraud! Starting with a $120 app charge in Mexico and more accumulating. I immediately called my CC company and they stopped the charges. Now trying to get pay pal to refund my money. Totally scam. But you don't know it's UPCLICK until it appears in your charges. Beware. Ask how this will appear in your bill before you purchase.
