We went to nantucket last april with our daughter and granddaughter. As usual they want to sell you more time or they have a deal where you sign an agreement letting them use your unit during fall after October and them part of the new year. They will pay you big bucks if you let them do this. well we were told that it was a bad winter so we did not get any money. then they came up with the offer for the summer. Thought that might be better time.

Then they said all kinds of things they would give us.
We went to lunch to talk it over and our daughter wrote down all the promises they made to us. we went back to talk to them, she said if they would sign the paper we wrote up we would accept their offer. There was a lot of things promised. They got up and walked out on us. they tell you about the things they plan to do. It might be done in about 15 years. we bought in when they had about 5 big units on presidents row built. supposedly we would always stay in those units. Last year before we left they said we could only use when it was our week every other year. now only can use if not in use. they never have any space open. Only for new customer. We signed a paper saying we have to go through Rci to stay there. Also we were told Rci never gets any space in the big 3 bedroom units which we purchased and planed to use for our whole family. cannot believe a thing they say. when they step out for a moment, they usually have a gal sit and tell you all kinds thing that they are planning to build like Never will happen. Swimming is about 5 years over due. It is not that little pool. They have been working three years on that waterfall. I would not reckamind to any one. Just a screw job. Lies lies lies.
