I received a $60 gift card which I have tried to use at Massage Envy. Each time they want my credit card number in order to make an appointment. Why is this necessary when I have a $60 gift card? I would like a cash refund, as I will not give them a credit card number. I spoke with Kendall today when I visited Massage Envy and she was adamant about needing my credit card and was reluctant to let me speak to any management person.
