I purchased a Samsung wireless charger at your Sprint store at3920-C Wards Rd in Lynchburg Virginia on July 1 for my granddaughters Galaxy phone and had my wife return it because it was the wrong color. The employees and the manager were very rude and told my wife that she could not return it unless she had my exact credit card number and that they could not refund it to her credit card. We have the same bank account and have had that particular situation before at other companies including our own bank and it has not been a problem. My wife told them that fact. Since neither the employees or the manager offered to help we asked for the District Managers name and number. They refused to give her his number but they did give her his email.
We then emailed him and asked for his assistance. We live in Rice Va which is 1=2 hours away from your Sprint store in Lynchburg but we travel there as we prefer Sprint products and services(loyal Sprint customer for 13 years). Brian Godfrey did not return our email nor did he advise your Sprint store of our problem and what to do about it.
We would appreciate it if someone would ask Mr. Godfrey to instruct his store to give my wife the refund on her credit card.
Also the employee and store manager need attention regarding their rude attitude.
