I applied for an early tax return in February 2016 through xtax.com.au
I was told it would normally take 4-6 weeks before the case was finished since it was an early tax return. Fair enough I thought and I waited for 6 weeks. Nothing happend so I called the ATO and they told me something wrong had happened with the TFN, so I called up the company again. (xtax.com.au) They told me to wait and basically hung up on me. I sent more emails. Now, almost 6 months later I haven't gotten a cent and they don't answer my e-mails. I am pretty sure this whole company has ripped off many backpackers. I hope more people would write more complaints! This is a big scam!
