Eltrncigs got trial now ive had 69 pounds taken out of my account

For me the nightmare with these criminals started when i ordered an electronic cigarette for a friend of mine for 4.95 pound. To be honest i received the cigarette. But... i didn't order anything else. It was on 30/03/2016. On 13/04/2016 I realized that 69.99 pound are missing from my account. I didn't pay attention as i taught they are one of my payments in the shops as was doing my shoppings quite often during this period of time. Next two charges of my bank account were as follows:03/05/2016, 49.99 pound and 31/05/2016 49.99 pound. Very upset I called my bank and warned them that these are unatorhised payments. They asked some questions and promised me it will be stopped. Moreover, some days later I received my money back to my account. Everything seemed OK, But...On 30/06/2016 I realised again that i am charged again new 49.99 poung for electronic cigarettes. I really don't know what to do in this case. I called again the bank, warning them for this issue and they again assured me that everything will be OK. I am not sure everything will be OK anymore. If someone knows how to resolve this problem to stop the criminals, let me know. It is increadible - no one can stop them to steal our money. The next step will be to inform the "Action Fraud', because they cannot be stopped with no any other measures.
