I saw an ad on Facebook for a free sample, minus S&H of $4.95. I received the face cream; it did no good and a few weeks later I received another sample. Thought it was weird but figured they just made a mistake and sent me a second sample. I got my credit card statement yesterday with an unauthorized charge of $94.90. How can I get my money back and be assured there will be no additional charges?
