I have had various government phones issued to me. There is always a problem. The phone works and in fact is a rather nice phone; however, all government issued phones come to me with someone else having access (hacked), problems with the device such as the power cord being unstable...the one I just received aprrox. around the 2 week of June...why it to took so long for me to receive it is a mystery to me. The power cord was received broken. I have tried to use the phone (HTC) with no success. This is the same thing that happened with the last phone and the one before that and it has become a vicious cycle of inability to use. I'm disabled as I have proven on numerous occasions (Margaret A Jones of Louisiana, phone number in question is 985***-**42. It seems rather odd that the phone says its a sprint service....baffled at this. I also spoke to someone before I requested the phone I am now speaking of. I was dismissed and treated as if I was a bother to whomever I spoke with. I was berated, talked down to which left me feeling like I had done something wrong when in fact I AM NOT THE PROBLEM. Regardless of the fact that I use government issued phones gives no one the right to treat me or anyone else with such arrogance and rudeness even belittling. I'm unworthy of assistance because I'm disabled and QUALIFY for the cell phone that doesn't work or has already been used by someone else who still has access to the QLINK phone? I think not. Yesterday I received a postcard in the mail from "SAFELINK" stating, "You haven't received your minutes this month, please follow the instruction below to get them manually." SAFELINK, QLink Wireless or Sprint hmmm which is it. I do not appreciate the way I have been treated. I also question why do I receive a phone that someone else is using simultaneously? I simply don't understand and I feel as though you could care less.. why...because it's not "YOUR" problem but in reality it is. If I could afford a cell phone I would not need a government issued cell phone at no cost because believe me it has cost me more than just monetary value. I am requesting a new phone with a new number of my own and not someone's phone/number that has been trashed. Signed, Give me a break!
