Javier C. Aguilar-Torres, of 2113 Prentiss Dr. in Downers Grove, ... This man basically runs a fake contracting company. He has fake insurance papers, fake job pictures and worst of all he is a thief. He stole almost 18,000 on a remodeling job I gave to him. I trust him, I was so nice that I would give him money to get working as I though it would show him I am an honest good man. He would take payments and not show up for weeks. Then he literally ripped my home to shreds and left. He crated 78,000 dollars in damage on top of what he stole from me. Also he is here illegally, I was able to find this out. I was also able to find out that the idiots that call themselves police officers in Downers Grove, IL allowed the crook to take out a restraining order against me. Telling me I am not allowed any contact what so ever. This man stole and caused my life to be ruined, the police and courts do not care. All I can say is please be careful. He plays dumb, he is short, fat and Mexican. He will also brag about big jobs he is on and tries to play on your time For example, he will not show up for 10 days and put you back so far, he already has a chunk of your money and his way of getting more is "pay me more now or I will go finish my job in Plainfield" or in some other town. He is SCUM!!! Please be on a look out because this is how he lives!!!Taking advantage of good tax paying citizens.
