I was sold this package under the impression that I could use it for my upcoming trip to Punta Cana by their sales department. Then the booking department informed me that I was not eligible to travel to that destination, and asked if I'd like to go to Mexico instead. Upon explaining that I was sold the package because I had interest in traveling to Punta Cana in the first place this winter, and that I felt the sales department had been dishonest and misleading. I was then told that my package would be extended to be used within 3 years so that I could actually use it, and that I would get a certificate to that effect. I have not received any such notification in writing from them. So I have ended up paying for a hotel and flight for this trip plus the 694.86 to this company. What a loss, if they extended it, I could have at least planned a trip to Mexico for the next year. As of now it looks like I have been scammed.
