BEWARE of this MAJOR Fraud that is taking place. McKesson is the CHOSEN Provider for Babies RUs, target and more to provide you with a breastpump if you have insurance. It is covered 100% - They bill the insurance company $420.00 - granted some insurance companies do not pay the full 420.00 but some do - then McKesson tries to get you to upgrade (by paying either $119 or $195 additional to them )!!! Meaning they are collecting at minimum $319 (119 from you and minimum of 200 from insurance company) or $395.00 (195 from you and a minimum of 200 from insurance company) for items that they are buying in huge volumes by being the CHOSEN Provider for Target and Babies R Us. This is a ripoff because if you buy the item direct from target you can get the same item they are charging you and your insurance company between $420 and $600 for only $120 to $289, depending on the model you choose. This is sooooo wrong!!! What makes this even more of a scam is that they are the CHOSEN Provider for the Target breast pump program - yet they charge you way more than if you went and bought it from target directly!! No wonder insurance cost are through the roof when you have medical equipment companies screwing the insurance companies and individuals like this. Let me be clear - where I feel the line is being crossed is in their sneaky upgrade offerings. If they have negotiated with the insurance companies this 420.00 amount - fine - but they cross the line when they try to collect even more from you than the very people they represent are charging for the items in the first place.
