we actually surprised that we saw our Company ( MAISANDA GLOBAL NIGERIA LIMITED ) posted at Scambook.com, and 419 advance. Fee.fraud.com and TradeKey.com about the transaction between our company and Bizonequick international.
Honestly speaking, we know this company for quite long times as an international agents. They came-up with a transaction contract of Sesame seeds on march 2016 and the buyer is from China we signed contract at $1050 C&F including 1% commission. The buyer went and opened 100% of L/C before the L/C is ready, the price of the goods roused with reasonable amount in the local market as a result of which we requested them to amend the L/C and they did. We promise to load the goods for shipment on 20th may, 2016.
Mr Farhan who was representing their party keeps questioning unnecessary information and tell us meaningless statement which are offensive including insult and claimed to destroyed the image and blackmail our company if we didn't load the goods.
However as a result of his offensive and insulting words we concluded to cancel the L/C and quit from the transaction but with their permission and we disclosed our reason for withdrawing From the transaction to them. Fortunately, before we arrived at the conclusion of canceling the L/C they reported our company to Scambook and 419 advanced fee fraud. That we cheated on them by sending Stones and sand in containers to them, which is strictly lie. We don't know about it. One thing to notice is that, the L/C is still not cancel as confirmed by our bank yesterday, the L/C will expire on 29th June 2016. But they went ahead and propagate false allegations and selfish interest of theirs to the world through Internet that we cheated on them. We can not tolerate this disappointment ; Finally we appeal to you that neglect and remove our company from this unreliable allegations. Furthermore, we wish you learn to contact and listen to both parties when such claim and allegations brought to in the future time before broadcasting to the world.
