I purchased tickets via the to Steely Dan Steve Winwood concert.
The confirmation email I received stated that the tickets were paperless and should be picked up at the venue on the day of the show.
After spending an hour checking with every will call window at the venue the evening of the event I was told that there were no tickets.
I would like a full refund
