Paid 50% deposit on apt W 37th with major Paid 50% on credit card and 50% cash for apt on w 37th street, NYC, with major safety and code violations...dripping pipes, furniture blocking egress in dirty stiarwells, cockraches,and not the place we reserved. We stayed across the street at hotel (have receipt), leaving the keys. They did not reply to any of our complaints and request for refund.
