£240 taken on a business debit card on this date. No service agreement had been entered into with any provider for whom the firm might work; no authorisation was given to Link Promotions to use the card and the card details were not provided to the firm on this occasion.
Link Promotions had collected an identical amount from us several months earlier for a web-based company but their terms insist they do not retain card details and there was no sum due to that company or any other.
Despit repeated emails and phone calls, Link Promotions have failed to refund the money or explain their actions,
