Technician came to diagnose/fix my dryer. Didn't take anything apart. Didn't ask if I wanted the repair after he diagnosed it. Merely reached into the drum and tightened 4 screws. Then charged me $79 for the diagnosis and $90 for "bearing service". Heck, that's $22.50 per screw!!! If he had dared to ask me if I wanted to pay to have him tighten the screws I would have, of course, declined.
