I signed on with these people in April of 2016. Having had only three bills from these people. They have managed to screw up two of them. First they neglected to send me a bill. So I called them up to get them to. They said they had, I said I had not received it, and would they please send one. After a lengthy battle with a person who spoke in broken English (Spanish) he finally agrees. The following week I call again and ask to speak with a supervisor. The woman refused. Being given no other choice I dealt with her. Same request. Please send me a bill so I can pay it. Again another battle begins. She wanted me to pay with a credit card. I do not have one. Over and over again I had to repeat that I'd never gotten a bill, and all I wanted was for them to mail one so I could pay it. She kept saying they had mailed one, and it was somehow my fault that I had not received it? The conversation got heated, and she finally agreed to send one. It arrived at the same time the the disconnect notice did (they had no problem sending THAT). So I paid the bill, including a note that said if they continued in that vain that I'd file a complaint with the Texas utility commission and change providers. So I get a bill for the month of May, which I pay immediately. Now weeks later I receive a disconnect notice saying I have not paid the bill. Now I have another lengthy battle with some halfwit coming up. So I say to all who read this. STAY AWAY from Clear view Energy! They are trouble looking for a place to happen. Their customer service people are dishonest, mean spirited, halfwits.
