I ordered one time from them, 11/2014, and actually returned the item because it was so cheaply made.
When I ordered, I told them I did NOT want a membership. There was no problem... supposedly.
As I had electronic statements for this particular card, and hardly ever use it, I honestly didn't watch it. I know, stupid stupid stupid.
So now, I have at least 21 months of charges (haven't received old statements yet) on my card. I've asked them to freeze it. But not sure they will.
This is theft. Fraud and theft.
I'd appreciate any help in recouping my money.
