I purchased Photo recovery 6 as a down load in September 2015 I used it once successfully and didn't use it again until June 2016 when it had stopped working I contacted their help line because I thought I may not have activated it. they were then talking to me for the next hour trying to say I had a virus and needed virus protection. because of the way the conversation had gone it sounded like a scam so I hung up...
