On 2 June,2016 I visited the Bellavei site after clicking on a banner on Microsoft Edge news that advertised the sale of a set of beauty creams at 29.95 USD, 3 bottles of something for 32.95USD for each. I made the orders but I found out there was no any order list right after I made the orders. And I only got a letter from [email protected] and told me I've registered the site and gave me a login password. Then I login the site but the chat was empty, which meant that I could not cancel the order right away. Since I didn't get any thing but the welcome letter, thus I did not notice that I had been fraud. Until the next day I got 2 letters from [email protected] told me what did I ordered. Just then I found out that I have been charged 183.77USD and 113.68USD not 29.95+98.85USD. I then sent an email to cancel the order and request a refund, same day 17 hours after I placed them.

No direct answer whatsoever. Instead, 6 days later I got an email telling me that my order has been shipped regularly. And they told me if i want to return those products i need to send them back to there Singapore warehouse and have to pay 15% restocking fee. But why should i pay extra 45USD for their ignoring my cancellation request and playing me like a fool?
