I have a disability and the elevator has not worked in 6 weeks. I live on the 3rd floor. I utilize a 4 wheel walker and no elevator usage has made me a shut in, has reduced my standard of living without pain. I have been sleeping on the floor since I moved in, 6 weeks. It gives me emotional stress that by sleeping on the floor these bugs are crawling in my ears, nose and yuk, my mouth while I sleep.. No elevator to move my bed up to the 3rd floor suite. The landlord failed to tell me that there were bedbugs & cock roaches and I've been bit now 3 different times. I had in to the landlord written requests for a pest control guy. And they have only followed thru once on bringing in a pest control guy. I worry about the ramifications of breathing in the bugs poop. I email the Rockwell property management and submit photos, but as of today they are evasive. Have filed with rental arbor traction, human rights, consumer protection. Submitted evidence to the mla's, local newspaper, check tv, community social groups and disability service centres. Etc I asked for my post dated chequer back but was refused.
