  • I also ordered the "FREE Trial" offer, from Helix6 in Englewood, CO. I received the product, no problem.

When I wanted to cancel future purchases, I spoke to a rep on the phone about it, and she told me if I try it for 14 days and don't want anymore to call back and cancel. When I did that, I spoke to another rep and she told me that if I cancelled, I either had to return the product or pay $29.something. Also that the normal orders were $70-80 and didn't say how many that gave you. By the way, her accent made it very hard to understand!! I insisted that I didn't want to continue buying so she finally gave me an address to return the product, which makes no sense since I already paid approximately $10 for the 2 bottles of 60 tablets each!

For one, the trial offer ad says NOTHING about "if you don't order future product you must pay for or return product!"

Second, how LONG do you really NEED to use a "diet" supplement??

Third, the price of the item is outrageous, AND that also is NOT stated in the original ad!

I realize that I should have been more cautious in this purchase, however, the ad just pulled me in and it "sounded" like a great deal... who could refuse? The ad is deceiving.

Another thing, which I know I should have done first, was to check out the company. I can not find a website for it.

I am going to talk with my bank to try to prevent this company from withdrawing anymore from my account. I only hope they can block them.

My advice to all is to check out every company carefully before agreeing to take any so called "FREE Trial Offer".... NOTHING is free... there's always a catch. REAL THE SMALL PRINT.... IF there is any!!
