Capital one for Costco is accusing me for a 503$ Canadian that I am the one who did the fraud when I did not do it at all
I paid the amount but now they refuse to reimburse me
a big company like that should not take money from customers like that. And you know what they get away with it because they have the last word
I worked in banks and I was bonded
I never committed a fraud but according to them I am responsible, what can I do
