I ordered a "free" sample of Probio slim on May 19th for which I cancelled both at the time of the order (BY WRITTEN REQUEST ON THE order itself) and by phone once the product shipped to my address, several days later. There is NO RECORD of my phone conversation with the Probio Slim Representative I spoke to, on the 23rd of May, and The company slammed me with an unauthorized charge of $69.86 on 6/8 and another "shipping" charge of $6.44 on the 8th. This caused two bank charges of $33.00 each in my bank account.
I did not want the product after the free sample. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this unethical company.
