This company is asking for a Belgium Terrorism Clearance certificate on a parcel to be shipped to Canada. Apperently this will protect it and release it to be shipped. Otherwise after a certain amount of days the parcel will be confiscated. They are asking to send the money by Western Union to their head office in China. I have not paid it because I believe it to be a scam
