We booked with them in January after they had reached out to us. We had 5 rooms booked for 30 nights at a rate of $289. About 4 weeks ago, we contacted them to change our reservation from 30 nights to 22 nights. We told them of the change prior to the modifications deadline date.

It took them a week to respond, passing the deadline date. I had followed up with them throughout that week. We were told that to change the rooms, our rate would be increased to $479. We didn’t accept this as we had agreed on the previous rate and informed them of any changes when we were supposed to.

A few days later, they informed us via email, and after our work hours have ended, that our rooms would be cancelled unless we make the payment within 30 minutes after they had just informed us.

We didn’t see the email until the next day, losing rooms that were reserved months in advance.

They were unhelpful, communication was not good, and despite planning in advance, we had to stress about finding another hotel.

After later research we found that other companies have been scammed by them. We assumed that they were affiliated with the tradeshow, but the tradeshow had never heard of them. We don't know how they knew to contact us, but now we are aware that this is a common scam.

To others, we caution you and advise you to please be wary.
