I ordered a pair of Nike Shox Torch from the above Co. and they sent me a US size 5 and I wear a US size 8. I kept e-mailing them that I could send the shoes back to them for a refund but they refuse to refund me. Here is a copy of what they wrote to me:"I have confirmed that the warehouse made the mistake. We feel very sorry about it.The goods you have received is our best selling this year,It is very popular now.The price and quality is better than the goods you ordered.
How about keeping the goods in your hand,would you like to buy some others from our website".
The only problem with that, was they sent me a pair of shoes 3 sizes smaller. Knowing it was their mistake they refuse to refund me or send me another pair of shoes in the correct size.
