This company has went too far. They told me that they were with Marriott Resorts and the rep told me all these amazing things that I would be doing on my vacations. They bounced me around to 4 or 5 reps. While on the phone with them my husband was calling me, I had to click over, I told the rep to hold on, my husband was calling from the ER, he just had a CT scan and MRI showing that he had a brain tumor the size of half of his brain. I came back on the line and told them that this was not for me and that my husband was being air lifted to a different hospital for emergency surgery, again they did not care. I was talking with Sheila Anderson and she had no remorse, she continued where she left off. I told her that this was not in my budget and that my husband is going to die. I told her to call me back some other time, I was trying to be nice. Before all of this chaos the rep before her told me that I would have years to pay this off, Sheila Anderson said that he must have been new and that was not the case, this was after they had all of my personal information. I then got real nervous and realized that this was a scam. The Marriott would not be involved with rookies that would make a mistake like that. Sheila Anderson told me that I would only have a couple months to pay it off. I again reminded her that my husband was the one who called me on the other line and that he may not make it through brain surgery. I told her that I do not want anything to do with this and to please not charge my card. To my surprise I received an e-mail the next day showing me that she charged my card and said that I needed to sign Proof of Credit Card Ownership. I sent them so many e-mails demanding that they cannot charge my card without my consent. I did not sign proof of credit card ownership. They had my name wrong on the e-mails and did not even have my correct phone number. They charged my card twice for $356 twice. My bank gave my provisional credit and did an investigation. This company had the audasity to put together a half ass packet with only some of their emails that they sent, which were horrible copies that you can barely read and they were all cut off so that you could not read the entire e-mail. My bank reversed $356 and now I have to put together a packet myself and fight this. My husband was diagnosed with stage 3 glioblastoma and he is going to die. I even sent them CT scans and MRI's of my husbands tumor and informed them that it is cancer. My daughter is a teenager and she is torn up and so am I. The last thing I need is to fight with this company. Obviously, my bank is not aware of their fraudulent trail that they are leaving all over the US and other places. I have to fight the insurance companies to prolong my husbands life. I need to be solely concentrating on him and my daughter, not this horrible company that prey's after the weak or anyone that they can. Someone has to stop them. I will exhaust every connection that I have to put this on every news channel and call other news channels I can to make sure that everyone gets their money back and to put this so called "company" out of business. If anyone has any advice for me please get back to me. Thank you.
