This is the 2nd letter I have received from Vivian. Each time stating that I was the beneficiary of Jacques Marchand for millions of dollars. What a lot of crock. Her letters go into the garbage. Too bad she can.t be stopped for I am sure there are people who are caught in her web of deceit.
