I thought I was filling out an application for 'Service Ontario' and it turns out it was this 'civil processing bureau' ...they purposely made the application look to be official with the Ontario government...I has to enter it twice as it seemed the first application didn't go through there payed double ...twice! They have a phone number but no one is answering it all day and we left a message early this morning and no one has returned our calls ...this makes me worried for all the other poor people being fished into this ...all I wanted to do was get my son a birth certificate!
