International boundaries
Avast Nexway just put a charge of $39.99 for renewal of her avast anti virus. She did not authorize this and she now has a duplicate charge. One from Digital River and one from Nexway. How Nexway got her credit charge nr is a mystery. Of course you can't talk to anyone to resolve this. Nexway is a scam.
