Like most of the other complaints I've read concerning this company, I was contacted by phone. The vacation offer (6 days 5 nights) at many reputable hotel chains in various locations sounded to good to be true.... because IT WAS!!! This company is an absolute SCAM. I got caught up in it trying to surprise my fiancé with a second secret honeymoon a year after we got back from the first. SURPRISE!!!, I ended up losing 700.00 USD. I will get it back from my bank (thankfully, I've been banking with them for over 35 years and it's local) The scamming scumbags are thorough in their execution. The "contract" (pictured here in Scambook by another complainant) is fairly standard, they don't ask for personal info they didn't already get over the phone and the credit card info isn't anything you wouldn't (or haven't already) filled out online to order things from many other companies.
Ok, so here's the nuts and bolts; in two (2) days, April 27th (I authorized) and April 28th (I DID NOT AUTHORIZE) this company, which posts as "priceless times" drew 350.00 and change out of my account. I immediately called the company "Warm Sands Vacations" and got the B.S. run-around from everyone I spoke with. The numbers they gave me for the hotels they said they work with were bogus. I spoke with representatives from three (3) of the hotels they said were included in their packages and all three stated they (the reputable hotels) had never heard of; nor have they done business with "Warm Sands Vacations". In a month, these despicable human beings have tried to access my account over fifteen (15) times to withdraw more funds.
Their website IS STILL UP, their phone # is still active and they are still fully operational!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?!
