I was, like some of the other people who have filed a complaint for this company, lured into thinking this company was somehow related to Marriott.
The deal sounded great over the phone but I was a bit skeptical. The 1st person I spoke handed over the call to Miss Claire Magnus (somehow I think the name is probably fake), this after I asked if I could request a refund if somehow I was not satisfied with the booking, or if I found a better deal elsewhere.
She confirmed that I could as long as I used a credit card (amex, visa or MC)
She also mentioned that I could cancel this package if I would somehow be charged 'a penny more'.
Long and behold, the documents she send have a 100 extra fee for booking.
I was asked to send the signed documents as soon as possible so that i could enter a raffle for a free flight.
I did not as it was Friday and told her I would until Monday.
When I got them, I noticed that extra fee. So I immediately sent her an email asking for the cancellation of the package and return of the funds charged. The document she sent was an approval to charge my credit card, although the charge was made during the call.
The cancellation procedure she mentioned, when she called me back on Tuesday, was for me to sign the document and write cancel after my signature and also write the reasons for my cancellation.
I sent them and now got a reply that they cannot return my funds as was supposedly stated during the calls with the account officers. That is not true. I was never told that; quite the contrary, was assured that I could cancel like I mentioned above.
I got an email today saying that I would need to schedule a call with one of their financial specialists -thru an email request, as they would not be able to take calls.
I have engaged my CC company to dispute the charge.

Sounds like they are defrauding other customers
