I have received a phone call today from 1-877-223-6607 stating they are going to garnish my wages for a payday loan I did not pay back with Triple Services LLC but would not give me any information on the account. They gave me a reference number of FK401923-2628. I do not owe this, when I requested the account number of the date of when I was supposed to have done this they told me it was not their job to jog my memory. Please tell me how I can keep them from bringing charges against me. They kept trying to get me to settle over the phone or set a payment arrangement.
